TICKETING

Please ensure you have your tickets either printed or available for inspection on your mobile device. Receipts do not qualify as tickets and you may not be permitted entry without a valid ticket. The Box Office may be open prior to your event where you can re-print tickets, but charges do apply.

SEATING AND SEATING FOR CHILDREN

The Theatre is most commonly Reserved Seating but some events may specify General Admission. Customers are asked to check the ticketing page for more information. Entry to the Theatre is from the north and south doors of the foyer. Children who are 2 years and under are able to sit on the lap of a parent who has purchased a ticket.

Children 2 years or over must purchase a ticket and have their own seat for any event.

Please note that the Theatre does have stairs to gain access to Rows A-O. Patrons who have difficulty with stairs are encouraged to purchase a seat in Row O as only one step is required to access this row. There is no lift access to Row A.

PUSH CHAIRS, PRAMS AND WALKING FRAMES

Please note that push chairs and prams are not permitted in the Theatre. These items must be left in the Foyer. Walking frames are permitted to gain entry to the Theatre but our staff may request to relocate these to the Foyer before the event commences.

PHOTOGRAPHs and videos

Photographing or videoing any show is strictly prohibited. Patrons using video or photography devices (including mobile phones) will be asked to delete any content. Failure to comply may result in being asked to leave.

FOYER CAFé

The RNDM Performing Arts Centre has a Café in the Foyer which is open during events. This facility offers food and drink refreshments. The Café opens 1 hour prior to the start of any show and is open again at intermission. Cash and EFTPOS facilities are available and food and drink may be taken into the Theatre.

BARS, RESTAURANTS and ACCOMODATION

There are no bar facilities at the RNDM PAC, however there are many bars and restaurants located at Hillarys Boat Harbour.

The closest accomodation is Quality Resort Sorrento, which is a 5 minute walk from the centre. Call (08) 9246 8100 for more details.

BOX OFFICE

Our Box Office is availble on some events for door sales. Please do not rely on the ability to purchase tickets at the door as many events will sell out prior to the event day. It is best to purchase your tickets online.
